My fave song of the year. By the most friendly, talented and with better values artist I know, Alecia Beth Moore, mostly known by the nickname P!NK. From her first compilation album “Greatest Hits…So Far!!!”. Released on October as the first single.
Besides the fact it’s a party theme, it has also good lyrics.
But first, let me admit: YES I want to dance every time I listen to this music.
Let’s get serious now (“why so serious?” ahah ok…). Why do I like this song? It gives me strength to be who I wanna be and who I feel comfortable to be. It can be about gay people, it can be about people who have food disorders, someone who have hair problems or about.. you.
It’s so special for me that I can’t really explain why this is one of my songs. One of the songs I can say.. “Well… it’s about me!” and smile. Because I’m not the only one in this world feeling or thinking the way I do.
