Frankmusik, The Fear Inside

Today's choice is an electronic choice a bit different from the others.  I decided that I didn't want to share with you another characteristic electronic one, so I came up to remember about this amazingly good english artist named Frankmusik. Frankmusik which his real name is Vincent James Turner, is an electropop singer which started his career in 2004, as a beatboxer known for Mr. Mouth.
Ben Scarr is the one who Frankmusik should thank his career for. His friend Ben introduced him (his myspace page) to Louis Bloom that worked on Island Records. Later Bloom said "Underneath all the madness there was some great hooks and melodies, and buried even deeper was a voice; it took a lot of time after signing for him to have the confidence to sing without putting loads of effects over his vocal".

His music started to appear on the radio in December 2008.
In January and February 2009 he was a support act for Keane on their Perfect Symmetry Tour in the UK. In June 2009, he supported Pet Shop Boys in London, Manchester and Liverpool.
In July of the same year he made a short tour to show the album "Complete Me" that pass through Brighton, London, Glasgow and Manchester.

Finally in August 2009, his debut album reached the UK Albums Chart and UK Singles Chart after that.
On the same time he announced a extensive UK tour that would happen in November and December 2009.

Frankmusik had already remixed material from:

• Alphabeat - Fascination / 10 000 Nights
• Mika - Relax, Take It Easy
• CSS - Move
• Keane - Perfect Symmetry

He also covered Amy Winehouse's Rehab and The Postal Service's Such Great Heights.

In April 2011, Louis Bloom announced that Frankmusik was working on his second album "Do It In The Am" and "The challenge has been for him to simplify the structure of his songwriting whilst still encouraging him into taking risks on the production duties".

"The Fear Inside" is one of my favorites! I totally see myself on the song. I've having fear of everything, and somehow I feel so much like it. Fear has been my number one feeling actually.
