good that I needed to use it somehow]
First of all, Keane's DVD with the simple name of KEANE LIVE have a fabulous and simple DVD cover, with simple words and just the Frontman on it! In the DVD there are the three guys in the end of the gig once again the photos are great! Recorded in July 2007, this is the first official Keane's Live DVD since the other one was a documentary with live songs along. With 230 minutes, it's a very complete and interesting show to have at home.
Menu is very easy to work! Their DVD ‘Strangers’ had that little problem..
After this amazing beginning where also Tom plays piano with his friend Tim.
Richard starts a great drum song, of course the excellent voice fits amazingly and a genious piano ‘Everybody’s Changing’.
Their energy is simply adorable and we can see that in the song ‘Put It Behind You’, they show and give everything they have and that’s totally impressive! This song was written for Richard Hughes (Keane’s Drummer) and it’s a song with great lyrics!
Nothing In My Way, one of their best songs! An excellent lyric and a great live song. The lights are amazing and Tom’s voice is powerful and we can see band’s passion on stage. The lyric is powerful and the backing vocals are the best!
Between NIMW and WMAWBS Tom talks with the public and says amazing things, about them that made them feel more excited and happier.
We Might As Well Be Strangers, it’s a love song. A song that everyone should listen and listen carefully. The piano here it’s just romantic and the simple Richard’s drumming is suits perfectly.
Bend And Break.. One of their best dancing and pretty songs! The energy is exciting and makes us dance all song long! Tom never stopped during this song, Tim and Richard fulfill the stage. Here they really rock and people love their energy.
After a powerful song another powerful song called ‘Can’t Stop Now’ great lyric and an excellent entertainer like Tom, just make this song a GREAT live song.. See every single person singing it, makes us feel like we are there! Just perfect! The union of Richard’s drum and Tim’s piano is something really amazing and somehow rare!
Try Again. Here Tom just seat on the piano and talk about his dark times and feelings and specially about this romantic and special song, written by his great friend Tim and explaining his worries and moments of his and Keane’s life. A big moment that continues when he sings and plays piano with Tim and Richard’s special quietly drum and make it more and more special. The lyric is special, making us feel every moment and think about what is really important.
After some songs they go to the secondary stage, very used on Under The Iron Sea Tour, to play some acoustic songs, the b-stage (place near the public where they sing 4 songs and talk making this a very closer moment.)After an excellent song another great song ‘Your Eyes Open’, acoustic song played by Tom’s acoustic guitar (something new during this Tour) and we can listen definetly Tim backing voices… Great acoustic moment, Great acoustic song!
The Frog Prince was a surprise anyone expected this version and we can say that is a very good surprise! Simple and totally lovely; Another excellent choice.
Hamburg Song, an emotional song written once again by Tim with an excellent and emotional instrumental! Here we can listen Tom very emotional talking about this song, about London and their past and about O2 Arena.
Fly To Me surprising B-side and totally amazing. Anyone expected it and the song is really, really good. I suggest you to hole song! PERFECT!
Leaving So Soon? Starts with Richard’s perfect drum solo. The backing vocals during this songs are just amazing and Tom’s voice and ’sexy moves’ are pretty amazing! ALWAYS GOOD!!
This Is The Last Time, one of their Hits and one of their best songs. Here every but everyone sings and knows the lyrics. I can’t stop talking about the instrumentals and Tom’s voice but they were excellent in that night!
A Bad Dream, my favorite song and one of their best moments during the gig! They invited Neil Hannon, from the Divine Comedy to recite the poem that inspired ‘A Bad Dream’ song, ‘An Irish Airman Foresees his Death’: The lyric of this song is perfect, the instruments are the best, Tom’s voice is good. A Bad Dream’s live visual is pretty good!
Another classic, Somewhere Only We Know. It's damn powerful and their energy and music love is something amazing!
Their hit Is It Any Wonder? is something completely electronic on stage with lots of energy around it… Tom’s voice is pretty good and once again everything is perfect! The ’soldiers’ around the arena are awesome! Tim is completely ‘crazy’ in this song.. The live visuals are excellent!
Broken Toy another strong song! Tom play it alone in the stage, with his acoustic guitar! Surprising for this young frontman and totally lovely and powerful for huge fans who like different things. This song means a lot to him, it talks about Tim’s feeling during his dark time. Really good!!
Atlantic another very good song! The live visuals are pretty gorgeous!
Crystal Ball, GREAT hit, the lyrics are pretty exciting! Another great and powerful song! Their energy here is totally impressive, more than an hour of show and they continue with an unstoppable energy!
A Romantic, emotional and great end with Bedshaped… We can say it’s a classic when Keane close their gig’s with it, but I can understand why.. This songs deserves to be the last song of the night.
