Enter Shikari, Sssnakepit

Enter Shikari is a British post-hardcore band that is known for mixing post-hardcore with very different genres. They are very known for songs like Sorry You're Not A Winner or Quelle Surprise.

They were created in 2003 by Roughton "Rou" Reynolds, Rory Clewlow, Chris Batten and Rob Rolfe. Previously they had a band named Hybryd with Rou on the guitars, Chris on bass and Rob on drums. In 2003, they recruited Liam "Rory" Clewlow for the guitars so Rou could focus only on the electronic part.

The band was named after a boat that belonged to Rou's uncle and to a character in a play he wrote before creating the band, Shikari. In several members, Shikari means "hunter".

Between 2003 and 2004 Enter Shikari released 3 EPs - Nodding Acquaintance, Sorry We're Not A Winner and Anything Can Happen In The Next Half Hour - available on their website and their shows.

With two studio albums - Take To The Skies (2007) and Common Dreads (2009) - and with a third one to be released in 2012, A Flash Flood of Colours. Besides 2 compilations and 3 live albums.

Sssnakepit is the first single taken for their up-coming album A Flash Flood Of Colours. The single was released in September 2011 and has a 3 minute video along with it.
