With two albums released Vivarium in 2009 and Free in 2011 and an EP A Guidance From Colour in 2008. They have also supported bands like Blink-182 and My Chemical Romance.
The singer Sam McTrusty once said "We had three years where we’ve had this barrage of dream scenarios which we grasped with two hands" but this young band is getting international attention, being able to perform in big festivals like T in the Park.
About the lyrics, the frontman and singer said "This band was meant to be based on integrity" adding “We wanted there to be a brutal honesty in the lyrics. I think we’ve done that.”
About the message of Free, it's clear the reflection of many experiences. Barry McKenna explained “but there are issues in there like globalisation because that’s something that freaks me out. Perhaps that’s come from touring and feeling that everything sometimes seems the same.”
Sam McTrusty said "We’re giving people something to believe in again." and it's obvious they do!
Their single Make A Beast Of Myself was first released in 2011 and re-released on April 2012.
On several reviews of this song, it's mentioned as the band's fears of their country or even the world's events or also as being about a relationship and what's gone wrong with it, later on the song Twin Atlantic present us some solutions. Both lyrics and instrumental are strong, they fit perfectly and make this song shine even more.
But one thing is clear... They give their heart to each song and that's clear by these music arrangements, by the powerful backgrounds and even on live performances.

"You know you know it's the end of our sweet universe
You know you know that we blame it on ourselves
You know you know that we blame it on ourselves
I wanted to laugh it off
And i want to forget that i got caught
And i wanted to laugh it off
Make a beast of myself just to kill them all"
And i want to forget that i got caught
And i wanted to laugh it off
Make a beast of myself just to kill them all"
