Mike Bek, Owl

Mike Bek is a very talented young 20-year-old Portuguese DJ who's sound can be characterize has UK Garage/Post-Dubstep.
With a very eclectic and romantic style, Mike names James Blake has the big "booster", helping him to keep an open mind about everything - "I try to keep an open mind to new styles. Most of all I am open to new producers, I am capable of find a new producer on Soundcloud and make the free download and play it".

Naming has some of his references artists like Koreless and Jacques Greene, Mike Bek is influenced by what inspires him even though he has certain references - basically he is into romantic and sentimental genres, passing more through Post-Dubstep and Garage without denying any outside influences.

For now, this young DJ considers himself a "sound explorer" avoiding being named as a Producer. Adding that "When I start to feel more confident, I'll start to make EPs and later albums."

Owl is an incredible original Mike Bek song. The song is so easy to listen, so fulfilling, so catchy, so interesting.
He has all what he needs to have a solid career.
