All the members came from different bands like Ornatos Violeta (Manel Cruz), Insert Coin (Eurico Amorim and Miguel Ramos) and Amarguinhas (Francisco Fonseca).
In 2006 they initiated the recording of their album, in a small country house in Vale de Cambra. After that they used several recording studios creating, searching and experimenting.
At the end of the recording and experimental sessions, after hours of recordings, several excerpt tracks and small details, Supernada invited Nuno Mendes to mix the album.
Ten years after Supernada were created they are releasing their debut album - Nada É Possível.
The first single taken from Nada É Possível is Arte Quis Ser Vida.
Unlike the usual, the band decided to record the song live on a studio and filming the video. The same band and the same song with a different, unique and faithful approach.
André Tentugal is the video's producer and found this a challenge "I confess that the idea of filming Supernada playing a live version of this first single - Arte Quis Ser Vida - and recording it as the first single (the idea came from the band), initially seemed not very interesting, that could easily become common."
But he added "After talking with Manel, I decided to ignore the limitations, subvert the conventional processes and power up the concept."
The final result is a song with a different view but with the same strong taste and a very creative, uncommon and experimental video.
"É o meu brinquedo, é o meu brinquedo!
Eu estrago, eu arranjo, eu entendo
E sobretudo é nele que eu aprendo
A calar meu medo"
