The band was created in 2005 and named after a chain of indian food. They belong to Mmm... Records and Island Records. They are known for songs like Lights Out, Words Gone, Shuffle and Always Like This.
In May 2007, the very known NME published an articled where they named Bombay Bicycle Club "... the hottest band to come from North London for quite some time".
This incredible talented and young band has already released three studio albums I Had The Blues But I Shook Them Loose (2009), Flaws (2010) and A Different Kind of Fix (2011) and three EPs The Boy I Used to Be (2007), How We Are (2007) and iTunes Festival: London 2010 (2010).
So far, Bombay Bicycle Club have released four singles from their last A Different Kind of Fix.
How Can You Swallow So Much Sleep is the forth single and it was released on April 9, 2012. The video was directed by Anna Ginsburg, inspired by a story written by Italo Calvino, it's an epic journey of a boy who dreams about going to the moon.
