With their debut album O Verão Eterno d'Os Capitães da Areia was released in 2011, including huge hits like Dezassete Anos and As Raparigas da Minha Idade.
They've also contributed to different compilations - Novos Talentos Fnac 2010 with the song Capitão Bomba and Optimus Discos and Manuel Fúria's Depósito de Inúteis with Bailamos no teu Microondas.
The band who describes their sound as "Fun, relaxed, colorful, nostalgic, rhythmic and refined" (check their interview with us here) is almost releasing their second (and really expected) album which is going to be named Apolo.
By the end of November, Os Capitães da Areia are sharing part of the album, for free.
The advanced single is Beijos Espaciais, a very electropop song with a few touches of the 80's Portuguese music with a strong upbeat rhythm and with this incredible mysterious aura mumbling between the lyrics.
It's really another catchy song by this young Portuguese band.
You can check the song on their bandcamp or soundcloud.
