The choice for today is a band named Digitalism.
They are a german duo - Jes "Jence" Moelle and Ísmail "Isi" Tüfekçi, created in 2004 in Hamburg. They released four singles: "Idealistic", "Zdarlight", "Jupiter Room" and "Pogo". Jens describes Digitalism songs as "simple chapters in a complex novel about social interaction and attraction, with distorted bass lines and thumping rhythms comprising the punctuation."
They've also remixed tracks for Daft Punk, Klaxons, White Stripes, Depeche Mode and Cut Copy. They've also made several appearances on worldwide festivals such as Coachella, Ultra Music Festival, Lollapalooza and this year they are coming to the portuguese festival Optimus Alive!
They've released one album "Idealism" in 2007, and in 2011 they are going to release "I Love You Dude".
The song I choose is Idealistic, from the album Idealism.
One of my favorite, the song has an amazing beat and the lyrics are pretty simple.
