News // Beirut's "The Rip Tide" now available

The american band Beirut lead by Zach Condon, which "music combines elements of Eastern European and Balkan folk with Western pop music, fusing the American mainstream and indie-rock culture and the World Music market", has their new album "The Rip Tide" out today digitally and in August 30 will see the physical version released via Pompeii Records.

Until there we can listen the first single from the album "East Harlem" an old song like Mr. Condon revealed in 2009 "This is a new song slash really really old song, because I think I wrote this when I was 17", rescued for this album. [not the official video yet]
