Mazgani is a Portuguese singer-songwriter whose career started with the release of Song of the New Heart, in 2007.
After, he released Tell the People, an EP released in 2009 as a free download through Optimus Discos and followed by a second album Song of Distance released in Portugal in 2010 and in Europe, through Broken Silence, in 2011.
The new album Common Ground is going to be released next April 8th, that reflects a rich and strong record that explores the simplicity, showing a harmonic voice and exposing life stories.
For now, Distant Gardens is the up-coming single that was released yesterday, on March 15th.
The video reflects not only the recording sessions - that took place in Bristol - and counted with the help of John Parish from PJ Harvey and Mick Harvey, ex-member from Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds.
The presentation of this new record is going to happen in Lisbon, next May 17th, around 9pm at Centro Cultural de Belém (CCB), the tickets for this price have the unique price of 12€.
