Caribou is the artistic name of Daniel Snaith a Canadian musician also known as his other stage names: Manitoba and Daphni.

On live performances, Caribou also counts with Ryan Smith, Brad Weber and John Schmersal.

He has released five albums - one of them as a special edition -, one DVD and three EPs.
Caribou is also known for the collaboration on the remix album of Radiohead and being on tour with the same band.

Sun is a single from Swim, released on April 20th 2010. On a very electronic and graceful way, Caribou is a very nice artist to see live for their energy, talent and incredible music.

The Canadian artist who's recently has work with Radiohead on their remix album, check Mike Bek's post here, is going to perform on July 15.

Caribou is the new confirmation on the Portuguese festival Optimus Alive'12, returning to Portugal after a performance on Paredes de Coura.
The artist is going to stage on the same day as Radiohead, Mazzy Star and Metronomy. The other confirmation is Florence + The Machine on July 14.

Remember the next Optimus Alive is going to happen between July 13 to 15, on Passeio Marítimo de Algés - the same place as the last years.
