The band is nowadays composed by Chad Wolf (vocals and guitar), Rickard Göransson (guitar), Johan Carlsson (keyboards) and Peter Carlsson (drums and percussion).
Known for songs like I'm Not Over or Show Me What I'm Looking For, Carolina Liar have released two studio albums - Coming to Terms (2008) and Wild Blessed Freedom (2011).
Coming to Terms, was very well accepted by critics with Rolling Stones sharing their "fusing the anthemic elements of U2 and the Killers with the electro production of Swedish pop maestro Max Martin.”
Show Me What I'm Looking For is a song taken from their debut album turning to a hit song on several UK and US radio stations and appearing on TV shows like Gossip Girl or 90210. The song was also used on commercials in the US.
The song was written in 20 minutes and the vocals were recorded on a bedroom in Wolf's first attempt. The Hot Press magazine called the song "a choon and a half" and Digital Spy added "rock music for anyone who finds Snow Patrol a bit too giddy sometimes".
The band also shared staged with Rob Thomas and One Republic.
