Bryan Adams is a 52-year-old-Canadian rock singer-songwriter and musician, who lived in Portugal during his childhood.
His career started in 1977 and has released 10 studio albums: Bryan Adams (1980), You Want It You Got It (1981), Cuts Like A Knife (1983), Reckless (1984), Into The Fire (1987), Waking Up The Neighbours (1991), 18 till I Die (1996), On A Day Like Today (1998), Room Service (2004) and 11 (2008), besides four live albums, two soundtracks and five compilations.

Adams is also known for big hits like Summer Of '69, When You're Gone with the English singer Melanie C, Please Forgive Me, Here I Am or I Thought I've Seen Everything.

Receiving 20 Juno Awards (with 56 nominations), two Ivor Novello Awards and three Academy Awards - for songwriting for movies - Bryan Adams is one of the most successful Canadian artists.

(Everything I Do) I Do It For You is the debut single, released on June 10, 1991.
This power ballad was co-written with Michael Kamen and Robert John "Mutt" Lange, for the 1991 movie Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves and included on Adams' 1991 Waking Up The Neighbours.

Adams, Lange and Kamen won the Grammy Award for Best Song Written Specifically for a Motion Picture or Television in 1992, and nominated for the Academy Award for Best Song.

Earlier this week Rock In Rio organisation confirmed the last names that complete the festival.

Stevie Wonder, Bryan Adams, Joss Stone and The Gift are the confirmations for June 2, to perform on Rock In Rio's main stage Palco Mundo.

The tickets for this day are now available and the organisation extended the deadline to trade your Christmas kit vouchers until May 7.

Remember this festival is happening between May 25 and 26 and June 1, 2 and 3 and a daily ticket is around 61€.

News // Amy Winehouse album cover taken from Bryan Adams

The album Amy Winehouse Lioness: Hidden Treasures is going to stores next December.

Meanwhile, after the publication of the (very) possible tracklist, it's now public the creator of the image from the album cover.

That picture was taken by the Canadian singer, Bryan Adams. Besides music, Adams has a very strong career in the Photography business, especially because he focus his work in celebrities.

There's no information of when or where this photo was taken, but there are rumors that Winehouse spent some Christmas vacations, in 2007 on Adams' home.

Bryan Adams, Here I Am

Today, thanks to Gi and her aptitude to always choose the songs I wanna hear (and she does that, when she puts my iPod on shuffle.), I could decide my song of today.
Like Bryan Adams A LOT. For his portuguese teenage life, for his songs, for his simplicity, for his photographs (one of my fav photographers!!), his charm (he has it!).
I like him, and this song is part of my childhood. I remember myself in the car trying to sing the lyrics I didn't know and finding this song fascinating, because it was from a movie I wanted to see for a very long time and it was BRYAN FUCKING ADAMS!

I hope you all enjoy this childhood song.
